Microsoft files for 'Kinect' trademark: "Microsoft has filed an application to trademark 'Kinect.' According to the USPTO, it was filed under a 'computer software, computer hardware, and computer peripherals' category. Perhaps we'll see a new phone or service connected to Microsoft's new Kin smart-phone line. (Via GoRumors)"
